Who we are
This website is run by Signal Systems Oy, Helsinki, Finland (“Signal”, “we”). If you have a question about this policy, email privacy@signal.example.com.
What this website collects
Only what you type into the threat-review form: your work email, the number of identities you want to protect and your main cloud. We use it to reply to your request and nothing else.
The website itself loads no analytics, no advertising pixels and no third-party fonts or scripts. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, time, page requested) for up to 30 days to keep the site secure.
Cookies
None. This website does not set cookies or use similar storage to track you, so there is nothing to consent to.
How long we keep it
Form requests are kept for as long as we’re talking to you about a review, and deleted within 12 months after the last contact unless you become a customer.
Who else sees it
Our email and form providers process your request on our behalf, under data-processing agreements. We never sell personal data.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email us and we’ll answer within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data-protection authority.
Changes
If we change this policy we’ll update the date at the top of the page.
